Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Tuesday arrived in Qatar to lead Saudi Arabia’s delegation at the 44th session of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The crown prince left for the Qatari capital Doha on the invitation of Qatar’s emir, Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
“The leaders will discuss issues of common interest, ways to enhance brotherly bilateral relations, and hold the Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council,” the SPA said.
Several senior officials from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE will attend the meeting. High on the agenda for the leaders’ discussions will be the Israel-Hamas war and regional cooperation.
