As of 3:58 p.m. Moscow time (12:58 p.m. GMT), the euro was down by 1% at 98.9975 rubles.
As of 4:27 p.m. Moscow time (1:27 p.m. GMT), the euro was down by 0.98% at 99.0025 rubles, the dollar was down by 0.64% at 91.46 rubles, while the yuan was down by 0.63% at 12.654 rubles.
