MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. Russia and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to cooperate in the Chaldovar thermal power plant project in the territory of Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Energy Ministry said.
A relevant memorandum of understanding was signed by Russian Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov and Energy Minister of Kyrgyzstan Taalaibek Ibraev.
