With this result, Manchester City remains at the top of the Premier League table with 13 points. Arsenal, now with 11 points, sits in fourth place, trailing behind Liverpool and Aston Villa, both with 12 points.
The match saw a major setback for Arsenal as Leandro Trossard was sent off after receiving two yellow cards, forcing the Gunners to play the entire second half with 10 men.
