Hafez Assad Promises to Reveal Truths and Secrets in New Podcast
In a series of tweets from his account on the platform “X”, Hafez Bashar Assad, son of the former Syrian President Bashar Assad, has committed to revealing truths and secrets through a new podcast series. This follows his family’s exit from Syria, a move that has sparked much speculation and interest.
Assad’s tweets read, “Every event has its narratives, and every era its secrets. The aim isn’t to stir controversy but to tell the story as it was, far from tension and accusations. What was once in the shadows, its time has come to be told as it is.”
The account, named Hafez Assad, further promised, “Soon, you will hear the full story from the source itself. A podcast episode will reveal all the details.” He also added, “Time will unveil every detail. Soon, there will be videos explaining everything that happened to clarify the truths.”
Emphasizing his continued loyalty to his homeland, Assad stated, “The nation is in the heart, and love for it does not change. Sometimes, circumstances impose paths not in the plan, and mistakes were present in every time. But the truth remains larger than any narrative.”
Previously, Hafez Assad appeared in a surprising selfie video to settle disputes regarding the authenticity of his social media accounts on “X” and “Telegram”. In this video, which was filmed in a chic neighborhood later identified as being in Moscow, Russia, he walked down a street, directly addressing the camera.
He wrote, “Some might think absence is an escape, but it was a necessity in times of chaos. Some shout in absence, but the truth doesn’t need noise to persist. We are here, and time will reveal everything.”
