President Mahmoud Abbas arrived today in the Republic of Turkey, on an official visit that will last for three days.
President was received at the airport by a number of Turkish officials, Arab ambassadors accredited to Turkey, and the staff of the Embassy of the State of Palestine.
During his visit, the President is scheduled to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Turkish leadership.
The president is accompanied by Secretary General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Hussein al-Sheikh, Advisor to President for Diplomatic Affairs, Majdi Al-Khalidi, Yasser Abbas, and the Palestinian Ambassador to Turkey, Faed Mustafa.
