The chief of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasily Malyuk, admitted that his agency was responsible for recent attacks on Russian oil refineries. In a video address posted by the Ukrainian Security Service on Telegram, Malyuk said that Ukrainian forces have been targeting “the Crimean Bridge, warships in the Black Sea, tanks, jamming and air defense systems, oil refineries,” as well as “other facilities supporting the Russian defense industry.” Ukrainian drones have attacked several civilian facilities, including oil refineries, across Russian regions in the past few weeks.
