In any case, All tasks for placing orders for the production of core technological equipment are carried out on schedule and we do not see any unexpected obstacles.”
In answering a question, how is the station’s staff trained? Will the Egyptian specialists and the specialists invited from Russia work? He said: “The answer to this question is twofold. The first is related to the organization of construction and installation work, and we have the largest Egyptian companies, and Egyptian experts, including workers in our construction company, which carries out construction work in my group The first and second.In the framework of the construction and installation works, a training and qualification center was organized on the site, where specialists from Egypt and our companies raise the level of their competencies, obtaining the appropriate competencies and permits to perform complex technological work.
He continued: “The second important part, which is related to the training of staff as stipulated in the contracts concluded, before starting operation, we must ensure what is called operational readiness, which includes providing trained qualified employees to receive the groups for the purpose of operation.
