Hussein al-Sheikh, the secretary general of the executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, says the group is “in intensive contact with our Arab brothers and many countries for an immediate ceasefire and opening humanitarian corridors for our people in the Gaza Strip”.
“[And] to spare our people from the disasters of this devastating war, protect civilians, prevent their displacement, and stop the aggression immediately,” al-Sheikh wrote on X.
