Only 3 percent of the medical aid needed for the Gaza Strip has entered the besieged coastal enclave, the health ministry says.
Only 20 trucks of humanitarian aid were allowed into Gaza via the Rafah border crossing from Egypt.
Lynn Hastings, the UN humanitarian coordinator for the occupied Palestinian territories, told DW News it made a difference to the few people who receive it, but called it a “drop in the bucket”.
