Israeli occupation forces have shelled the outskirts of several Lebanese towns and village after their Birkat Risha military sight came under attack.
The Israeli occupation military site in Birket Risha came under attack on Tuesday afternoon, Al Mayadeen‘s correspondent reported.
The attack originated from Lebanese territories and targeted the occupation site facing the Lebanese towns of al-Bustan and Yarine.
Our correspondent also revealed that the outskirts of al-Bustan, Yarin, al-Labouneh, and the coastal area of Naqqoura were shelled by Israeli artillery, while drones flew overhead in southwest Lebanon.
On Monday, the Lebanese Islamic Resistance-Hezbollah released footage of targetting an IOF logistical vehicle at the al-Bayyad military site.
The Resistance specified that the operation was carried out on Sunday, November 5th.
On its part, Al-Qassam Brigades in Lebanon announced on Monday evening that they launched 16 rockets in the direction of the settlement of “Nahariya” and the southern parts of Haifa in the occupied territories.
The Lebanese Resistance Hezbollah also announced that its fighters had targeted the settlements in al-Malikiyah and Jal al-Deir with missile strikes, achieving direct hits and destroying technical equipment.
Hezbollah has been gradually escalating its attacks on Israeli occupation military sites since October 8. The Resistance recently introduced the Burkan rocket-assisted munition and suicide drones, marking a new stage in the level of engagement on the Northern Front.
The Lebanese Resistance’s operations come in line with Hezbollah’s pledge to support the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza as well as its obligation to liberate occupying Lebanese territories, including the Shebaa Farms and Kfar Chouba Hills.
