President Mahmoud Abbas arrived in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, today to participate in the Arab and Islamic Summits on Saturday to discuss the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
President Abbas is scheduled to address the emergency summits of Arab and Islamic nations to discuss the cessation of the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank and the unprecedented humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza as a result of the ongoing aggression.
The president will also address the Extraordinary Islamic Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) convened at the invitation of Saudi Arabia amid the unprecedented Israeli attacks on the Strip.
The President is accompanied by PLO Executive Committee Secretary-General Hussein al-Sheikh, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Riyad al-Malki, President’s Advisor for Diplomatic Affairs Majdi al-Khaldi, and Ambassador of Palestine to Saudi Arabia, Bassem al-Agha
