The International Commercial Bank (ICB), Egypt’s largest private bank, has appointed Hisham Ezz El Arab as its new CEO. The announcement was made in a statement on Monday.

Ezz El Arab, who previously served as both the Chairman and CEO of the bank, will now take on the role of CEO once again. Neveen Sabour, a board member, will step in as the new non-executive Chairperson, succeeding Ezz El Arab.

Ezz El Arab replaces Hussein Abaza and will hold the CEO position for a term of three years. The leadership changes are part of the bank’s broader strategy to enhance its operations.
