Israeli Forces Force Evacuation and Burn Sections of Kamal Adwan Hospital
The Israeli army has forced patients and medical staff to evacuate Kamal Adwan Hospital while
burning parts of it.
Palestinian media reported on Friday that Israeli forces burned sections of Kamal Adwan Hospital
in northern Gaza, and communication with those inside the hospital has been completely cut off.
The Palestinian News Agency clarified that the Israeli army forcibly compelled patients and
medical personnel to leave the hospital and gather in its courtyard, preparing for an assault.
It added that “communication has been completely cut off with those inside Kamal Adwan
Hospital following a siege by the occupying army, which demanded that around 350 citizens,
including 170 medical staff, evacuate to the hospital’s courtyard in preparation for an assault.”
They emphasized that Kamal Adwan Hospital was the only one operating in northern Gaza,
providing medical services to citizens.
A video circulating on social media showed what they claimed to be doctors and patients who
were forced to evacuate the hospital.

Urgent Appeals
The Palestinian Ministry of Health urgently appealed to the international community to protect
patients, medical teams, and treatment centers in Palestine, following the assault on Kamal
Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya.
The Ministry stated, “The main reason for the Israeli occupation’s persistence in committing
these crimes is the silence of the world and major powers regarding the ongoing ethnic cleansing
and massacres.”
The Ministry of Health held “the international community and the Israeli occupation fully
responsible for the lives of patients, their companions, and medical teams at Kamal Adwan
Hospital, totaling 350 individuals, after communication was lost with the medical staff, patients,
and the wounded there.”
