The Israeli occupation forces ordered the citizens of Nur Shams refugee camp east of Tulkarem, to leave the camp within four hours. France has issued an arrest warrant for Nikolay Durov, the brother of Telegram founder Pavel Durov, Politico reported, citing an administrative document.
