Oil prices rose, in trading today, Tuesday, after falling significantly yesterday, in light of the rise of the American currency index, the dollar.
By 09:45 Moscow time, US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 0.49% to $81.23 a barrel.
While Brent crude futures rose 0.54% to $85.22 a barrel, according to Bloomberg agency data.
In yesterday’s trading, Monday, black gold prices fell with the rise of the dollar, amid expectations that the US Federal Reserve may raise interest rates at the next meeting in May 2023, which would undermine hopes for economic recovery.
