Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel has demanded an immediate halt to the Israeli “genocide” faced by the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, urging the international community to take action.
In a statement shared on his X account, President Diaz-Canel affirmed that Cuba “will continue to raise its voice as long as Palestinian territories are being destroyed by the Israeli occupation.”
“We call on the international community not to shy away from condemning this crime. Cuba seeks to end the genocide,” he added.
