Israeli media reports that shots were fired at an Israeli vehicle near Wadi al-Haramiya in the city of Ramallah. An Israeli settler was injured on Tuesday morning in a shooting attack north of Ramallah in the central West Bank. Israeli Kan TV stated that the shooting targeted a group of settlers who were “taking part in a military jog, to pay tribute to those killed in operations and wars”, and that one of them was lightly wounded. The Israeli police this morning detained a Turkish woman and two other Palestinians at Al-Aqsa Mosque, Islam’s third holiest site, in Jerusalem’s Old City, according to local sources. They said police detained a 24-year-old Turkish woman when she was trying to pray at Bab al-Rahmeh prayer area inside Al-Aqsa Mosque compound after she refused to leave the area. When a Palestinian man working as a guard at the Mosque intervened to help the woman, police arrested him also after assaulting him, said the sources.
