India’s new ambassador to Russia, Vinay Kumar, has arrived in the Russian capital, the Indian embassy in Moscow said. Upon his arrival to Moscow on April 12, the ambassador was met by staffers of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s state protocol department and employees of the Indian embassy in Moscow, led by deputy head of the mission Gina Uika, the Indian embassy said on its Telegram channel.
