Lebanese political party said that retribution for the assassination of Saleh al-Arouri will follow at the right time in the right place

Lebanon is set to lodge a complaint against Israel at the United Nations Security Council after the assassination of the deputy head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Hamas resistance movement in a drone strike on the southern suburb of the country’s capital city of Beirut.

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has denounced as a “cowardly terrorist operation” the Israeli assassination of the deputy head of the political bureau of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, stressing that the regime’s terror machine is a “real threat” to regional peace and security.

Iran’s Defense Minister Brigadier General Mohammad-Reza Ashtiani has denounced the assassination of a top official of the Palestinian Hamas resistance movement, warning the United States to “brace itself for its dire consequences.”

Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi has denounced Israel’s assassination of Saleh al-Arouri and described what happened as “a crime ”. Raisi said al-Arouri was a prominent fighter who defended the rights of his people.
