Russia is ready to cooperate with Nigeria on exploration of oil and gas fields, including on the shelf, Russian Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov said at a meeting with the Minister of Oil and Gas Resources of Nigeria Ekperikpe Ekpo, which was held as part of the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries in Algeria.
