Five Palestinians Tuesday evening sustained injuries as Israeli missiles slammed an area to the east of Beit Hanoun town in the northern besieged Gaza Strip, according to WAFA correspondents.
They said that five Palestinians were rushed to Beit Hanoun Hospital, suffering shrapnel wounds from Israeli missiles.
Meanwhile, the army fired several artillery shells into two sites, east of Gaza city and east of Khan Younis in the southern besieged enclave.
Earlier today, Israeli tank shelling targeted two sites east of Gaza city, causing extensive material damage to them and their surrounding area.
Tank shelling also slammed into a site to east of Khan Younes city, setting it on fire and causing damage to it as well as to nearby civilian property.
This came in the aftermath of the death of iconic prisoner Khader Adnan in an Israeli prison after 87 days of hunger strike in protest of his administrative detention without charges.
