Egyptian foreign minister has repeated his call for a two-state solution to the Palestinian issue. Egyptian Sameh Shoukry on Monday took part in a ministerial coordination meeting involving Arab and European countries. The meeting, which discussed recognition of a Palestinian state, was held on the sidelines of the two-day World Economic Forum special meeting in Riyadh. The International Court of Justice started a session this evening in The Hague to rule on Nicaragua’s lawsuit against Germany, accusing it of facilitating the Israeli genocide in Gaza. The session comes at the request of Nicaragua for the top UN court to impose provisional measures that would halt Berlin’s supply of weapons to Israel.
