More than eleven weeks have passed since the Palestinian Hamas resistance movement launched an unprecedented full-blown attack on Israel in an operation named the “Al-Aqsa Storm”.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), in cooperation with the Egyptian Red Crescent, is working to establish the first organised camp for displaced Palestinians in Khan Younis. In the first stage, the camp will set up 300 tents that will house the displaced families of medical, ambulance and relief staff of the Red Crescent. Speaking in a meeting with British Foreign Secretary David Cameron, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati has called for an end to the Israeli aggression against Gaza and southern Lebanon.
