The Palestinian Resistance confronts IOF with bullets and IEDs as they covered settler incursion into Qabr Youssef.
Israeli Occupation Forces have deployed sniper units over a number of buildings as they raided the eastern region of Nablus.
The correspondent further confirmed that Palestinian Resistance fighters confronted the IOF as local Palestinian sources reported the presence of settler buses near the Beit Furik checkpoint, also east of the city, in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF covered the settlers’ incursion into Qabr Yussef (Joseph’s Tomb).
In a brief statement, the Lions’ Den Resistance group stated that its groups are responding to the occupation forces’ raid on Nablus.
Three members of IOF injured
As part of the extended confrontations in Nablus, the Palestinian Resistance detonated a homemade explosive device which, according to Israeli media, injured three soldiers.
In turn, the Lions’ Den Resistance group announced that “there are confirmed casualties after an Israeli infantry force was targeted with explosive devices during its storming of the Dahiya area in Nablus.”
According to statements issued by multiple Resistance brigades and groups, led by the Nablus Brigade of the Al-Quds Brigades, the Resistance fighters were also able to directly target a military jeep, a number of soldiers, and a gathering of settlers with explosives and bullets, in addition to targeting a low-altitude reconnaissance plane.
Following the Dahiya incursion, the Palestinian Red Crescent announced that 58 Palestinian civilians were injured during the raid on the eastern area of Nablus, three of which were hit by live bullets and 52 suffered from suffocation due to gas bombs.
