It’s Time to Allow Gaza Residents the Option to Leave the Strip
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has expressed his readiness for the upcoming phases of the war, emphasizing that he will not stop until all victory objectives are achieved.
In a speech delivered at the Knesset, Netanyahu stated, “We did not violate the ceasefire agreement with Hamas. The agreement stipulated our right to abandon negotiations if they became futile.” He added, “The gap between us and Hamas in the second phase is unbridgeable.”
He continued, “Hamas is lying to the hostages, telling them I’ve abandoned them. We will not leave a single hostage in Gaza, alive or dead.”
Netanyahu further warned, “We say to Hamas: If you do not release our hostages, there will be consequences you cannot bear.”
He also highlighted a new vision for the region, saying, “U.S. President Donald Trump has presented an innovative vision for the Gaza Strip, and we must support it to enable a new future for the region. It’s time to allow Gaza residents the option to leave the strip.”
Additionally, he pointed out, “Our series of tremendous achievements has transformed the entire Middle East, and we will not allow Iran to possess nuclear weapons.”
