Palmyra, SANA- Al-Biyarat al-Gharbiyah in Tadmou (Palmyra) countryside has witnessed a bumper harvest of wheat and barley crops. The quantities harvested by farmers and handed over to grain silos and the General Organization for Seed Multiplication reached up 11,542 tons of wheat and 23 tons of barley, according to the head of the Department of Agriculture of Palmyra, Ahmed Yusuf.
