The request comes as a result of a massacre back in May against an ethnic minority in Darfur. The International Criminal Court was called on by Human Rights Watch (HRW) on Tuesday to launch an investigation into possible “war crimes” in the Darfur region in Sudan where conflict continues to escalate.
