The Palestinian Red Crescent says it had to reduce the number of ambulances it operates in the Gaza Strip due to the lack of fuel. Israel is still banning fuel from entering into the besieged coastal enclave. Located less than 1km (half a mile) away from al-Shifa Hospital, the bakery in the a-Nasr neighbourhood is one of the few left in Gaza City. The bakery and the area around it were bombarded. Most of the bakeries in the past few weeks have been targeted, and there is a severe shortage of bread.
