MOSCOW, April 11. /TASS/. More than 20 countries have accepted the invitation to visit the Let’s Travel! Russian Tourism Forum that will take place in Moscow on June 12 to 16, 2024, the office of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko told reporters.
“As suggested by Russian Economic Development Ministry international tourism will become the key topic of the forum. More than 20 countries have already accepted the invitation, including China, India, Thailand, Egypt, Algeria, Cuba and Tunisia. The format of participation and members of delegations are currently being negotiated with representatives of international partners,” the office said.
Last year, more than 2,800 delegates from 70 Russian constituent entities and 11 foreign countries took part in the forum, the office of deputy PM added.
This year the events of the forum will be integrated into the program of the International RUSSIA EXPO. The Economic Development Ministry together with Roscongress Foundation have developed the architecture of business program, which contains eight main themes, including the policy of state, international cooperation, transport, the creation of tourism product, investment in infrastructure of the future, man and profession, marketing of territories and services technologies.
